ACCP - UUSCCP - (American College of Clinical Pharmacy): The purpose of UUSCCP (Utah Student Chapter of ACCP) is to advance human health by extending the frontiers of clinical pharmacy. Our chapter’s main focuses include clinical pharmacy, networking, professional development, and research. We provide various of opportunities and events throughout the year to maintain these core values.

AMCP: Academy of Managed Care Pharmacy AMCP (Academy of Managed Care Pharmacy): AMCP exposes students to a unique area of pharmacy called managed care, which deals with developing cost-effective outcomes to serve an entire population. Managed care pharmacists help determine what medications should be covered by health insurance to ensure people are receiving the most appropriate medications.

ASHP-SSHP: American Society of Health-System Pharmacists-Student Societies of Health-System Pharmacy ASHP is the organization for students with an interest in hospital and other health-systems work settings. If you want to work as a clinical pharmacist, this is the place for you!

USPA (Utah Student Pharmacist Alliance): USPA is a local umbrella organization that provides student programming for our entire student body and supports all of our national organization local chapters. The purpose of USPA (Utah Student Pharmacist Alliance) is to foster the professional development of student pharmacists; to enhance learning of the pharmaceutical sciences; to promote career development and opportunity awareness; and to facilitate cooperation and integration among the various student pharmacist organizations at the University of Utah.
