Please join us for the NEMSIS 2025 Annual Meeting 

on August 26 - 29, 2025, in Park City, UT. 

We invite you to partner with the NEMSIS TAC and participate in robust communications and collaborations to strengthen EMS data collection and services in your state/territory/region. The meeting is an opportunity to collaborate, share insights, and tackle data and documentation challenges facing the EMS community. We understand how prehospital emergency medical care data continues to inform many pressing issues, including EMS workforce concerns, prehospital blood administration, and evaluating clinical and system performance. 

In-person attendance provides the best experience, and the fee is only $500 for the full meeting. This early bird price is only available until Monday, July 28th, then it will be $600.  

Discussions during the NEMSIS v3 Implementations Calls will impact the final meeting agenda.

Target Audience: This meeting is valuable for NEMSIS-compliant EMS Software Companies, State EMS Data Managers, and other EMS Stakeholders. 

 * The Tuesday Pre-Conference Forums will be reserved for specific stakeholder groups. We will only allow State EMS Data Managers in the Data Managers Forum.
