Data Carpentries Genomics Workshop

The DELPHI Data Science Initiative is hosting a two-day Carpentries Genomics workshop from 9:00 AM - 4:30 PM on Monday, May 18, and Tuesday, May 19. This is an IN-PERSON event to be held on the University of Utah campus (exact location TBD). This course is open to ALL faculty, staff, and students.

The DELPHI Data Science Initiative is hosting a two-day Carpentries Genomics workshop from 9:00 AM - 4:30 PM on Monday, May 18, and Tuesday, May 19. This is an IN-PERSON event to be held on the University of Utah campus (exact location TBD). This course is open to ALL faculty, staff, and students.

This lesson assumes that learners have no prior experience with the tools covered in the workshop. However, learners are expected to have some familiarity with biological concepts, including the concept of genomic variation within a population. Participants should bring their own laptops and plan to participate actively.
