The Department of Physical Therapy offers a partial scholarship to our CI's or clinics that accept our students.

APTA Members: $125
APTA Non-Members: $225

Option A — $0

Choose this if:

  • You are a PT who is an APTA member and your site has a current contract/CTA, or
  • a University of Utah PT or Resident or Faculty member

Option B — $125

Choose this if:

  • You are a PT who is not an APTA member, but your site has a contract/CTA, or
  • You are a PT/PTA who is an APTA member, but your clinic does not have a current contract with the DPT program.

Option C — $225

Choose this if:

  • You are a PT/PTA who is not an APTA member, and has no current contract with the DPT Program.
  • You are a non-PT healthcare provider
